Delivery Policy

Delivery and Shipping Cost

UK post & packaging costs are as follows:

  • £5.95 for standard delivery (Tracked 48 by Royal Mail). Delivery within 2-4 working days.

  • £7.95 for express delivery (Tracked 24 by Royal Mail or Parcel Force for heavier parcels). Delivery within 1-2 working days.

  • Free delivery for orders over £200.

Order Dispatch


Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date of order. If you need your order sooner, please choose the 'Express Delivery' option and send us an email. We will do our best to organise this for you. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

During peak seasons or exceptionally busy periods, there may be slight delays in processing orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Out of Stock or Delays


If your item is out of stock or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you and offer the choice to either cancel the order or select an alternative.

International Shipping


At present, we do not ship internationally.

Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with a product purchased from our website, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Please notify us of your intention to return the product within 7 days of receipt by emailing us at studio22.ag@gmail.com. We will then provide you with a return address and further instructions.


The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item is successfully delivered to us, we will issue a refund, minus any transaction fees associated with the original purchase and the refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that we deem to be in an unsellable condition.


You are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost during return delivery. Any items returned that do not meet our return criteria may be sent back to you. Please note that sale items are non-returnable.


Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
